Our new 8 week training block
We’re excited to announce our upcoming 8-week training program, starting on February 27th, aimed at enhancing your overall strength and fitness levels. Our program offers a variety of exercises and movements to help you achieve your fitness goals.
The program runs from Monday to Friday, with each day focusing on different exercises. Our Monday and Friday sessions feature squat and deadlift variations, while Tuesdays focus on bench press and pull-up variations. Wednesdays include box jumps and farmer’s walks, and Thursdays focus on overhead press and row variations.
Our program is structured to include three sets of five reps for each movement during the first three weeks. From weeks four to six, the program transitions to three sets of three reps for each movement, then to 5/3/1 reps in week five. The final week is a deload week, which involves using lighter weights and performing only one set of each movement.
