Our mission is to offer the highest level of Fitness, Nutrition and Lifestyle training available. We provide our clients with classes, programming, and instruction designed exclusively for their needs and goals. CORE VALUES
Movement -- By developing foundational movement patterns members are able to garner greater mobility. Through incorporating strength training, circuit training, weight lifting, intervals, yoga, cycling, stretching and the use of various machines and techniques, clients stay active and interested, and the body does not have a chance to plateau.
Nutrition -- By educating members on the value of whole and unprocessed foods, creating customized eating plans, and using food to address inflammation and recovery, nutrition plays a critical role in obesity prevention, weight maintenance, strength and muscle development, and overall member success.
Recovery --Through low intensity exercise, stretching, meditation, and yoga, the body is allowed to adapt to the stress associated with the specialized programming, replenish muscle glycogen, and body tissue is given time to repair. Less injuries, better overall health, and greater mobility are all the result of our focus on recovery.
Lifestyle --By cultivating a community of like-minded members to support one another, hosting member events and specialized seminars, and focusing on individualized service, Ownit Rx is more than a gym. It’s a lifestyle.

Group Fitness Classes
These types of classes allow for clients of varied fitness levels to complete general fitness programming that may be modified to account for a client’s fitness level and any preexisting injury. Class size will range from 6 to 10 participants, allowing the trainer to ensure proper form and safe practices are being utilized by each participant.
Classes will be scheduled Monday through Friday
6 a.m., 12 p.m., 5:30 p.m., and 6:30 p.m.-- and every Saturday at 9 a.m.
Small Group Personal Training
A certified personal trainer will lead a session of 2 to 4 clients, allowing each client to receive more personal attention and individualized planning for one hour periods.
Individual Training
A certified personal trainer will assist an individual client by providing personal attention, individualized programming, and client specific goal setting.
THE FACILITY
Space Rental
In the hours in between group fitness classes, trainers will be able to pay for the use of the facility and equipment for a negotiated rate.
Seminars
For clients with a monthly membership and outside community members for a fee, seminars on nutrition, mobility and other fitness topics will be offered at the gym after hours or on weekends.
Merchandise
In line with our goal to create and foster community, OwnitRx will offer hoodies, t-shirts, and other branded merchandise for sale and as incentives for giveaways and competitions.
