This month, we are launching something significant at Ownit Rx—the 40-Day Reset, designed to help you reset your habits, elevate your fitness, and take control of your nutrition, movement, and mindset.

Unlike short-term challenges that focus only on workouts or diet, this is a comprehensive program for long-term success. Over 40 days, you will build sustainable daily habits, refine your nutrition, and develop both physical and mental resilience—all within a structured framework supported by the Ownit Rx community.

What You Will Commit To:

  • Eating minimally processed foods and eliminating added sugar and flour.

  • Prioritizing adequate protein intake for recovery and strength.

  • Staying hydrated with intentional water intake.

  • Completing strength, cardio, and mobility sessions each week.

  • Establishing daily success habits—morning and nighttime routines, mindfulness practices, and personal growth through reading or listening.

What You Will Gain

How to Get Started

This challenge is about building the discipline and consistency that lead to real, lasting results.



What You Will Commit To:

  • Nutrition:

    • Eat minimally processed foods—focus on whole, nutrient-dense meals.

    • Eliminate added sugar and flour to support stable energy and metabolic health.

    • Ensure adequate protein intake to aid muscle recovery and strength.

    • Maintain proper hydration, consuming at least half your body weight in ounces of water daily.

  • Fitness and Movement:

    • Strength training three- four times per week.

    • Cardio sessions twice per week (one sprint session, one Zone 2 session).

    • Daily walks (two 15-minute outdoor walks without sunglasses).

    • Mobility or yoga at least once per week to improve flexibility and recovery.

  • Daily Habits:

    • Clean your sink every night to maintain an organized environment.

    • Make your bed every morning to establish a productive mindset.

    • Engage in a spiritual practice (prayer, meditation, or journaling) for mental clarity.

    • Read or listen to educational content for at least ten minutes.
