We know you have seen her around and probably caught a morning class that she has led, but we wanted to formally introduce a new addition to our Ownit Rx Staff.
Hannah Pearson
Hannah creatively utilizes her background in weight training, martial arts, and acrobatics to develop dynamic, personalized programs that will challenge and improve your strength, mobility, flexibility, and endurance. While she approaches nutrition, fitness, and movement exploration with curiosity and enthusiasm, she will guide you with safety and moderation at the forefront, ensuring that you can continue your daily activities with confidence and ease. Through individualized programming that is tailored to each clients specific goals, skill level, and lifestyle, Hannah will provide the guidance and support you need to consistently achieve and maintain the results you crave.
